520 | _aMetaphysics, the philosophical study whose object is to determine the real nature of things-to determine the meaning, structure, and principles of whatever is insofar as it is. Yoga Philosophy of Patanjali is based on his Yoga Sutras. In the Yoga Sutras Patanjali brought together various principles and practices of Yoga prevalent at his time into a coherent system. Some commentators use "desire is eternal" for this verse. Most translators use "beginningless" or "without beginning. | ||
