Therefore this book. The book has been divided in 5 chapters First Chapter- covers about the laughter as a source of happiness, health and stress buster. Second Chapter- discusses the recipe for getting happiness. Third Chapter- discusses the qualities / traits /virtues required for having a heartfelt laughter. Fourth chapter- discusses some virtues / qualities in details which may help for leading a happy, cheerful and healthy life, if acquired. Fifth Chapter- Includes some assorted Jokes to provide a natural laughter since laughable situations interrupt negative thoughts and emotions.
