Health care is the world's largest industry. Decades ago, the hospital administration was managed by a single doctor. Today, it is well recognized that the system requires a total professionalization to achieve quality and cost- effectiveness. The purpose of this paper is to develop a framework for the improvement of healthcare services through an effective human resource management system. The study highlights a need to analyze human resource management processes that exist in healthcare sector and suggests better ways to achieve higher levels of employee satisfaction that leads to high quality of patient care
